When I needed an honest broker or advisor in atmospheric science Harry was always supportive and enthusiastic with ideas. The many that worked with him in science and technology will miss him; we will remember Harry.

Dear Laura & Family,Leaving my entire family and moving halfway accross the world was very intimidating. But having Harry as my advisor definetly made this so much more easier. Harry always made it a point to make sure that I hade a place to go for holiday celebrations and I really enjoyed spending time with both of you during those occasions. He will be always in my memory.

Harry played an instrumental role in the research and development of the North Dakota Cloud Modification Program. He was a terrific scientist and a wonderful person. From all of us affiliated with the North Dakota Atmospheric Resource Board, our sincere condolences to Laura and his family.

I am so sorry to learn of Dr. Orville's passing away this evening. He was such a gentleman and kind person. I still remember the first time I met him in department about 19 years ago. He is a great advisor, teacher and accomplished scientist. My condolences to Dr. Orville's family.
