Dr. Orville was that wonderful, rare combination of great scientist and instructor. I enjoyed the class he taught and the hospitality he and Laura showed to the grad students. My deepest sympathy to his family and everyone at IAS.

I'm sorry to hear of Dr. Orville's passing. He was such an enthusiastic, positive person. I count myself fortunate to have had him as a professor. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
